The Happy Snaps – We Stick With You

Because every magnet we make is custom and created just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your happiness is our priority—so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.

What we’ll need:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

📸 Custom Product Policy
Since each magnet is made from your personal photo, we can’t resell or reuse it. That’s why we don’t accept returns for reasons like:
- Change of mind
- Photo quality issues (unless it's a printing error on our end)
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
