You can upload any photo that’s clear and meaningful to you—family portraits, pet pics, travel shots, selfies, or even scanned artwork. Just make sure it’s high resolution for the best print quality.

📐 What size are the magnets?

Our standard magnets are approximately 2 x 2 inches, perfect for fridges, lockers, and desktops.

🧲 What are the magnets made of?

Each magnet is made with a durable vinyl surface and a strong magnetic backing. They’re water-resistant, fade-proof, and built to last.

🎁 Can I order magnets as gifts? 

Absolutely! Our photo magnets make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or just because. Virtual gift cards are available! 

 

📦 How long does delivery take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most arrive within 7–10 days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

🔄 Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure online payments. Your information is protected with industry-standard encryption.

🔙 What’s your return policy?

Since each magnet is custom-made, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s a defect or issue with your order, we’ll make it right—just reach out to our support team.

 

🎁 What’s your gift card policy?

Gift cards are nonrefundable and can’t be redeemed for cash. They never expire and can be used toward any Happy Snaps Co purchase, subject to availability of products and services.
